GoodEats started with a simple belief: eating well should be easy, honest, and something you can actually keep up.

The idea started two years ago, sparked by a recurring frustration we heard from clients: “Everything ‘healthy’ has a catch - the label is confusing, the ingredients are hidden, or it tastes like cardboard.”

Years of nutrition work and real client conversations helped us understand what people actually needed day to day, and GoodEats grew from there.

As founders of Cafe Nutrition, a nutrition counselling company, we’ve spent over a decade working with people across ages and lifestyles - children, women, working professionals, and athletes - helping them improve health with practical, realistic nutrition.

So, we asked a simple question:
