# Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“**Policy**”) applies to all orders placed on **www.goodeatseveryday.com** under the brand **GoodEat**, operated by **Cafe Nutrition** (“**we**”, “**us**”, “**our**”). Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable locations within **India**, subject to courier partner availability and operational feasibility. If your location is not serviceable, we may be unable to process or dispatch your order.

## 2. Order Processing
1. Orders are typically processed within **[X–Y business days]** from successful payment confirmation (“Processing Time”).
2. Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to our logistics partner.
3. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

## 3. Delivery Timelines
1. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is **[A–B business days]**, depending on your delivery location and courier partner operations.
2. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.

## 4. Shipping Charges
1. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.
2. We may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds from time to time, which will be displayed on the Site and/or at checkout.

## 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via **SMS/email/WhatsApp** (as applicable) to the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking updates are based on information provided by our logistics partners.

## 6. Delivery Address and Recipient Responsibility
1. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and other required details at checkout.
2. If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or incorrect contact details provided by you, any re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by you.
3. Delivery will be attempted at the address provided. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the courier partner may re-attempt delivery or return the shipment as per their policy.

## 7. Damaged Packages, Spoilage, or Wrong Items
1. Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the package appears tampered, leaking, or visibly damaged, you should refuse delivery where feasible and notify us immediately.
2. If you receive a damaged/spoiled product or an incorrect item, please email **info@cafenutrition.com** as soon as possible with:
   - Order number  
   - Product name(s)  
   - Description of the issue  
   - Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product (including label/batch details, if available)
3. Our resolution for such cases will be handled in accordance with our **Return & Refund Policy** / **Terms of Service**.

## 8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, governmental actions, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or other force majeure events.

## 9. Change of Address / Order Modifications
Requests to change the shipping address or modify an order must be made immediately after placing the order by emailing **info@cafenutrition.com**. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
